Clients fill out a questionnaire detailing daily activities, eating habits and family medical history. Based on this information, one of our coaches will give suggestions to assist you in reaching your goals whether it be weight loss, weight gain, muscle gain or overall health improvements.

We cannot:

  • prescribe diets or supplements to treat medical and clinical conditions;

  • prescribe diets to treat symptoms of medical and clinical conditions; nor

  • diagnose medical conditions.

Would you rather workout in a small group of close friends?  Small Group Personal Training is what you are looking for.  Even with different body types and overall goals  we can still cater a program to suit your needs.  For 2-5 clients.
