Schedule, Booking & Policies

Policies & Terms

Class & Waitlist Reservations
Class capacity varies by format. Class capacity for each class is indicated on the schedule. Class reservations may be made online after logging into your online account or with the Wellness Living Achieve app. Advanced class registration is strongly recommended: however, not required. Advanced registration and arriving at least 5 minutes before class starts guarantees your spot, whereas walk-in clients are based on availability.

If a class is full, then clients may choose to be added to the waitlist. Waitlist clients will be automatically added to the class as soon as a spot becomes available and notified by email once their reservation is confirmed. If a client with a reservation does not arrive by the class start time, then their spot may be given to another waitlist or walk-in client physically present at the studio. All clients must be an adult (18 years or older), or 16 with the written consent of an adult, and sign our “Studio B.O.S.S. Waiver Liability & General Policies” document before participating in class. This form is provided at the studio before taking your first class.

Class Cancellations, Late Arrivals, and “No Shows”
Studio B.O.S.S. has limited space therefore to ensure as many clients can participate in each class, we adhere to the following class cancellation, late, and “no show” policies:


Cancellations:
Clients may cancel their reservation 2 hours or more before the class start time without penalty. However, canceling inside this 2 hour window will record the class reservation as a “No Show & Charge”  or a Late Cancel and trigger an automated email to the client.
A $5 fee will be assessed to a client account for a late cancellation.
Cancellations may be done either in person or through the Studio BOSS -Wellness Living online account system.


Late Arrivals:
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to class. This is to minimize disruption of other clients and the flow of the class.


No-Shows:
Class reservations where the client does not show and doesn’t communicate their absence will be recorded as a “no show & charge” and a $5 fee will be assessed to the client´s account.

Again, the purpose of the Cancellation, Late, and “No Show” Policy is to ensure everyone can participate in class. We appreciate your support in this goal and in making Studio BOSS an intimate fitness experience.

Class Cancelation:

We reserve the right to cancel our early morning classes by 9 pm the night before for any class that has less than three clients booked.  The evening classes are decided at 1 pm in the afternoon if there are fewer than three clients' books.  ,  any class that is scheduled before 8 am, if there are less than 3 signed up for class.  For this reason, we highly encourage booking in advance.

Membership Contracts:

All four, eight, and 1-year memberships are contract based. Should you choose to cancel your contract a flat rate fee of $250 will be charged to your account.     All contracts auto-renew to keep your current rate. Should you wish not to renew email Stephanie at accounts@studiobossfitness.com within 30 days of the renewal date. 

Holidays:

So that our instructors can have time to spend with their families we are closed for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Black Friday as well as Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.  Select classes will be held on Halloween and New Year's Eve.  Be sure to keep your eyes open for Black Friday Specials.
